I offer a gentle space to heal relationship issues and attachment wounds, practice communicating your needs with greater confidence, set goals and boundaries that you can follow ‎through,‎ and open a path for your innate joy and creativity as you navigate life’s transitions.

I ‎emphasize experiential and somatic approaches to healing and wellness. Slowing down, we bring spaciousness and ‎‎warm curiosity to issues ‎that live in tension in your body. We may use objects, body movement, or art to explore your felt sense of a situation, welcome your inner “parts,” and allow your body’s wisdom to reveal the way forward.‎ As we get to know various aspects of yourself, new connections and stories become possible. And because we grow in relationship, I teach classes that encourage peer support and connection.

In addition to relationship and attachment issues, I treat developmental trauma, depression, shame, anxiety, life transitions and adjustment, spirituality, creativity and life projects, grief, and ADHD. To these I bring a trauma-informed approach and continually strive toward culturally sensitive and anti-oppressive practice.

“Every bad feeling is potential energy toward a more right way of being if you give it space to move toward its rightness.” ~ Eugene Gendlin
